Home presence services may include:

• bringing in mail and deliveries

• rotating lights

• light tidying before return

• watering plants

• checking doors/windows

• helping maintain a lived-in appearance

• We primarily focus on overnight care rather than high-volume drop-in scheduling.

• We intentionally limit the number of households we serve.

• Longer stays are preferred whenever possible.

• Meet-and-greet consultations are required prior to booking.

Overnight home & pet care begins at $125/night.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

• travel distance

• length of stay
